Use of remote technologies to enhance pedagogical staff’s skills

Annotation

Development of system of professional development is essential for the maintenance of high professional status of teaching staff. Co-temporal trends in the development of education are continuous distance learning, based on information and communication technologies. The article discusses the main aspects of the use of distance technologies in improving the training of teachers. The use of network technology increases the potential for improvement of student-teacher professional competencies. Independent choice of training programs and their self-development will enable the teacher to improve knowledge and develop competence as a product of individual creative professional and self-development. Thanks to distance learning technologies training takes place in a short time and minimal cost, which is especially important in the current financial conditions of the education system. Currently, a number of organizations offering remote training courses, but the analysis shows that the construction of the courses at present there are many problems. It is concluded that the utilization of the remote sensing technology in the process of continuing training frame enables continuous learning, self-development, raise of knowledge of specialists, mass exchange of information and experiences, regardless of the spatial and temporal boundaries, equal chances for self-realization.
