Estimation of demand for graduates in regional labor market
Annotation
In growing conditions of recruitment deficit biggest regional universities are obtaining significance in the process of forming supply of a labor force that will meet quantity and quality requirements of the regional economy. There is a comparative assessment of the demand for Tver State University graduates based on the analysis of the rate of employment and on the rating of faculties. Factors which prevent young specialists from employment are defined. There is the definition of the notion “graduates employment”. Reasons which influence demand for graduates in the region are shown. Rating of Tver State University faculties is based on demand for their graduates. Analysis of the demand for graduates is made according to economical situation and regional labor market condition. Problems of quantity assessment of graduates' employment efficiency are reviled.
