Magnetostimulated dislocation motion under intrinsic mechanical stress

Annotation

It is shown that intrinsic mechanical stresses, on the one hand create forces necessary to overcome dislocation obstacles and, on the other hand, form non-equilibrium states of point defects. The exposure of crystals in a magnetic field leads to the increase of relaxation velocity of point defects subsystem. It is unreasonable to suggest that the magnetic field should change spin-dependent reaction kinetics.
