DETERMINATION OF THERMAL EFFECTS AND SOLUBILITY PARAMETERS AT AMINO ACIDS EXTRACTION BY THE METHOD OF THERMAL ANALYSIS

Annotation

The method of differential thermal analysis allows designing thermal effects and solubility parameters at the extraction of amino acids from water environments. A technique is proposed to determine the evaporation enthalpy of extragents.
