Criteria of presence defects in flat conductors on electron-optic moire patterns

Annotation

Filtration of moire pictures is given; informational assessment criterion of nonhomogeneous magnetic fields in small volumes as coefficient skewness of moire pattern is recognized. Dependence of this coefficient on length of regional craze in flat conductor with current is found. It is demonstrated that change of coefficient skewness of moire pattern around defects of type holes and regional craze in similar well-known electrical magnetic energy in these fields distribution that can serve the assessment measure of concentration of this energy around non-conducting defects. Informational assessment criterion of nonhomogeneous magnetic fields of flat conductor with current as fractal dimension of moire pictures is received and fractal dimension can serve the assessment measure of researches of magnetic field is proved which tenseness changes through presence defects in the conductors.
