HYGIENIC ASSESSMENT OF ACTUAL FOOD OF LIPETSK`S STUDENTS

Annotation

On the basis of hygienic evaluation of actual food of students made by the questionary method, the malnutrition among girls is established. Peculiarities of protein and protein-energy malnutrition are shown. The probable cause of the somatic form of protein deficiency is inadequate consumption of protein and protein-energy malnutrition - proteins, fats and carbohydrates. The young men have not reliable deformation of actual food, as well as somatometric peculiarities of nutrition deficiency.
