Effect of low doses of gamma radiation on the enzymatic activity of soils of Dagestan

Annotation

The aim of this work is to study the effect of increased natural radiation γ-phone on the enzymatic activity in soils in areas of old abandoned wells gas deposits in the Coastal Plain. It is found that catalase, dehydrogenase, invertase resistant to γ-radiation dose – 25–30 mkR/hour Doses in the range of 35 to 60 mkR/hour have an inhibitory effect on the performance of enzyme activity in a salt marsh meadows. The scientific novelty of this work lies in the fact that it set to doses of gamma radiation, providing a stimulating and inhibitory effect on the activity of soil enzymes.
