MOTION OF SLIDING DISLOCATION THROUGH DISLOCATION FOREST IN THE INTEGRATED LOADING CONDITION

Annotation

This paper presents the results of complex studying the motion of the dislocation sliding through the dislocation forest previously treated with ultrasound by computer simulation. With this a range of models, which takes into account the behavior of the system at each step of the simulation, from the Frank-Read source to the effect of ultrasound on the forest dislocations redistribution in ionic crystals, is considered.
