IDENTIFICATION OF MISO LINEAR DYNAMICAL SYSTEMS WITH DIFFERENCES OF FRACTIONAL ORDER IN THE PRESENCE OF NOISE OBSERVATIONS

Annotation

An algorithm is proposed, which is a generalization of the method of least squares, which produces strongly consistent estimates of the parameters of linear dynamic systems with differences of fractional order in the presence of noise in the observation Input and output signals in the absence of information about the distribution of the noise.
