MASS TRANSFER IN MICROFILTRATION, COMPLICATIONS IN CONCENTRATION POLARIZATION

Annotation

A negative role of concentration polarization in membrane processes is revealed. The physical model of the process of microfiltration is considered. The theoretical description of the process in place to assess the level of concentration polarization along the channel and identify techniques aimed at its reduction.
