The influence of extruding and enzyme treatment of lupine seeds on changes in the content of protein and quinolizidine alkaloids in them

Annotation

Research studies on the effect of processing lupine seeds in order to minimize the content of alkaloids and improve the quality of sphyrogenic protein are carried out. The treatment was carried out by extrusion and fermentation with Agrocsil and Agrocell specimen.
