Management of organizational conflict in multicultural organization of industrial type

Annotation

The problem of cross-cultural conflicts arising in global, multicultural production systems is considered. The assumption that uncontrolled intercultural interaction can be a threat of further cooperation in the strategic plan is formed. The objective of this issue is determined by the high demand for methodological and organizational solutions in the management of multicultural conflict in the absence of experience accumulated theoretical framework. The main research methods were statistical observations and the method of comparison, generalization and grouping, detailing and structural and functional analysis. The need to build cross-cultural communication and business practices of international companies on the canons of the target area is focused on. Several levels of consideration of multicultural conflict such as managing multicultural teams, organizations, and the negotiation process and project activities are formulated. At the same time within the same corporate system of industrial-type cross-cultural conflicts are ranked by level of occurrence and flow: a conflict of interest at the level of control structures, goals conflict in top management; conflict of resource level of structural organization, the conflict in the chain end product value at the level of the business units.
