Self-education as important condition of development of professional competence of class teacher

Annotation

The creation of system in the methodical service of educational organization to promote self-educational activity of the class teacher, as it is essential for the self-development of his professional competence is considered. In SEI school № 1332 diagnostic study is conducted and the factors that stimulate self-development are defined. These studies also allowed methodical service schools to determine the real basis of self-activation of class teachers relying on a subjective experience of each. Based upon the theoretical grounds enhancing self class teachers, we have developed a substantial filling model of self-activation, built on the principles of continuing education and the principles of andragogy. The model can be used in the practice of other educational institutions.
