THE ROLE OF THE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AS A PREVENTION AND STRENGTHENING THE HEALTH OF PEOPLE OF RETIREMENT AGE

Annotation

Were analyzed peculiarities rational physical activity of people of retirement age, practicing sanitary physical education was made. The influence of physical exercises on the organism of elderly people is determining. The different ways of physical exercises and peculiarities of adaptation of the organism practicing according to the changes of the age processes are considered. The numbers of physiological indicators of separate functional systems recommended in the healthier training process are shown, also the data of energy-saving in the areas of intensity of physical exercises made. A lot of attention is paid to adapting processes happening in the organism under the influence of healthier capacity of different directivities with the use of different means of physical activity. Besides, the adaptation to the muscle work is accompanied with the forming of cross effects, at which grows the stability of the organism not only to physical exercises but also to unfavorable factors. These regular things constitute the basement of use of adaptation of the organism to the physical exercises as a mean of higher level of health and preventing the process of becoming old. Unfortunately, in literature most of physically healthier recommendations addressed to people of retirement age which have the sufficient variety of exercises but with rough character. There is no precise description of methods of usage of different means of directed action on the old organism for the adequate perception and effective influence in the process of long lasting adaptation. The separate species of physical exercises were defined which are not allowed to elderly people as it is not recommended to have loadings of low intensity for a long time with a good prepared of training people and high levels of occupational fitness training. There could be no growing training effect. Every even not long lasting reduction of physical activity may have bad effect on elderly people’s state. Wherein for the old organism the usual physical activity loses its stimulating meaning.
