EDUCATIONAL POTENTIAL OF THE PROBLEM-SOLVING APPROACH OF THE COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE FORMATION OF BACHELORS IN THE FIELD OF “AGRONOMY”
The aim is to reveal the main peculiarities of communicative competence formation at the department of agronomy at the basis of problem-solving approach. The problem-solving approach which contains a great educational potential to form communicative competence during foreign teaching training: 1) it develops communicative skills of students; 2) it widens their cross cultural outlook; 3) it develops linguistic abilities; 4) it develops professional motivation in the sphere of agronomy; 5) it contributes to foreign language acquisition. This research follows two basic principles of education - problem and activity which provide efficiency of educational process. These regulations are based on developments which are devoted to tasks in the sphere of education of foreign language and also of work in the sphere of innovational technologies. The importance of involvement of students in the process of answers search in the sphere of agronomy during foreign language courses as in this case their interest to the discipline and profession grows. Problem-solving approach helps to create good conditions for revealing creative potential of the students their personal cognitive activity for getting theoretical knowledge and practical experience and also the role of the teacher as of master grows, helps to make a change from higher school to school forming specialists of new type which could suit new demands. Detailed analysis of approaches and methods which promote more successful formation of communicative competence of students is given. This approach may be used in giving foreign language courses in higher educational institutes which prepare qualified staff in the sphere of agronomy.
