PSYCHOLOGICAL-ACMEOLOGICAL MODEL OF DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF THE ASSISTANT TO THE DELEGATE OF REGIONAL LEGISLATURE

Annotation

A psychological-acmeological model of the development of professional competence of the assistant to the delegate of regional legislature, which is a product of theoretical and empirical research on this problem was presented. The psychological-acmeological model of development of professional competence of the assistant to the delegate includes a functional target, a substantial, a development, and a criteria-estimation block. It is realized in three stages: psychodiagnostic, forming, analytical. The result of development of the components of psychological structure of professional competence of assistant to the delegate goes from a stage of practical development of professional functions of the assistant to the deputy to a stage of accumulation of experience of professional activity and then to a stage of performance of professional functions at the level of the expert. Respectively, there is a movement from the initial level of expressiveness of professional competence to basic and expert levels. The psychological factors of development of the PC of the assistants to the delegate are shown to be: a factor of vital activity and orientation on professional development, an orientation factor on successful professional communication and a factor of the expressed professional consciousness.
