ORGANIZATIONAL-TECHNOLOGICAL AND METHODICAL PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL PREPARATION OF SPECIALISTS FOR WORK WITH DISABLED CHILDREN ON THE BASIS OF COMPETENCE APPROACH

Annotation

Theoretical and practical basements of organizational-technological and methodical provision of professional training of the specialists’ preparing to work with disabled children on base of competent approach are presented. There is given well-grounded characteristic of the problem of training support in absence of a single conception of students’ professional training at inclusive sphere. The complex of organizational-technological and methodical support of future specialists’ at the universities is analyzed and characterized, new forms are taken into account. The components of the model of professional training of the specialists working with disabled children are revealed in organizational technological and methodical university’s support. Training and methodical documentation is analyzed critically. There are also given the results of scientific and methodical support investigation, of students’ and teachers’ questioning about professional training of the specialists working with disabled children at Oryol State University. The conclusion is that it is necessary to use special components adopted within the scope of competent approach in training of the inclusive sphere specialists, those who work with disabled children.
