IMPROVEMENT OF TACTICS OF TEACHING AND EDUCATIONAL WORK OF MUSICIAN-TEACHER IN THE CONTEXT OF AGE INNOVATIONS OF MODERN CHILDREN PRESCHOOL AGE
Under the influence of many favorable factors in the development of modern children we can see an unusual willing to creation. Activity, emotionality, interest for music all this are the features of musical sensitivity of modern children preschool age and this is the stimulus in the process of studying music. Socially determined psychological and pedagogical innovations of children preschool age are presented as a serious reason for changing tactics of educational work of musician-teacher. The structure of basis of musical culture in the context of age peculiarities of modern children preschool age is reviewed. The reality is that many children have a wish and are interested in music but they get tired very fast of traditionally proposed by the teacher reproductive activity on studying musical technique and refuse to study further. The directions of improving teacher’s skill of musician-teacher are shown. As a leading feature is defined psychological and pedagogic content of his master skill, which provides the possibility of communication, counteraction and collaboration with modern child preschool age. The teacher has to implement new technologies to create pedagogic conditions of support of good environment of education, have trusty relations with students, atmosphere of empathy which provides success. The demands to modern musician-teacher in the context of needs of modern children preschool age - beginning musicians and psychological and pedagogical preparation in institute of higher education are reviewed.
