Professional crisis of personality upswing in history of humanitarian knowledge

Annotation

Professional development of the individual in terms of career growth is constantly undergoing changes of various kinds, important among which are crises. They tend to occur due to mismatch of personal potential opportunities provided by the environment. Particularly this dissonance is manifested in professional activity of civil servants. Career civil servants like no other professional crises exposed because of its bureaucratic nature, which does not allow the individual to fully realize their potential. Our vision of the professional development of the crisis in terms of career growth, consisting in the climax of contradictions between perspective and conditions of self-realization of personality and professional activity that requires active redevelopment of the situation. Theoretical importance includes that the signs of professional crisis of personality in conditions of career development of state servants: over-value of status of career development, dissatisfaction of achieved level of professional development; outer indictments and self-indictments; weakening of intercompany relationships in a professional environment; weakening of the desire for self-education in terms of career development; rise of appearing of conflict interrelations and demonstration of high standards in professional activity. In the base of the each sign there is a self-assessment how servant can adequately assess the appeared crisis conditions and reasonably cope with them by means of inner reserve, desire to self-realize, self-perfect in professional activity. These signs let to predict the professional crisis of specialist and to overcome it in time that has undoubtedly a practical meaning for building an effective career of a worker.
