Modeling of social worker’s technological competence during the course of student internship

Annotation

The current affairs of social worker’s technological competence formation are studied. Technological competence has no straight stated definition so we’ll try to specify it in this article. As a result of analyzing modern scientists publications, both foreign and not, the definition of “social worker’s technological competence” was offered. The core and structure of social worker’s technological competence is viewed from the position on pedagogical diagnostic. The criteria, rates and levels of formed technological competence are shown. The technological competence is an active characteristic and the experience of practical relationships is needed for its formation is stated. As a result, the topic of practical orientation of future social workers increasing remains actual. Depending on methods existing in science the core and structure of social worker’s university preparation is stated. It is considered that the leading role of practicing the technological competence of social worker belongs to student practice. The term of “student practice” is defined. Its aspects as a component of university practice of future social workers are described. The model of formation of technological competence of future social worker in process of student practice is described, its structural and contextual characteristics are revealed. The most attention is paid to principles of process of formation of technological competence. The concepts of systematic, competent, active and technological aspects are analyzed. The model of formation of technological competence of future social workers in the process of student practice is based upon isolated components of technological competence: cognitive, value-sensible and active and includes contextual, goal-defining and control-result blocks.
