SCIENTIFIC-EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES OF THE INSTITUTE OF HIGHER EDUCATION

Annotation

It is shown that in modern conditions the external informational sphere changes the educational process and scientific-research activity in the institute of higher education. It opens to the students and lecturers the access to information resources, gives new possibilities for creative work, finding and consolidation of personal-professional competences, let realize principally new forms and methods of teaching. Some levels which define scientific-educational resources of modern institute of higher education in conditions of information openness are identified. Firstly, on federal level a great variety of websites where lecturers and students may find primary information exists. Secondly, the most significant are the resources of the university itself which are concentrated on the website of the university, first of all on the website of university library, which can accumulate materials of electronic library, e-database, periodicals of the university and etc. Thirdly, scientific-educational resources may be presented by structural divisions of the university, first of all by the departments. Finally, in modern information conditions scientific-research resources may create the students themselves and lecturers in social services (blogs, social networks, wiki) and on personal websites.
