MONITORING OF FORMATION OF SKILLS OF INDEPENDENT LIFE AT PUPILS AND GRADUATES OF THE ORGANIZATIONS FOR ORPHANS AND CHILDREN, LEFT WITHOUT PARENTAL SUPPORT
Formation of independence of the child as a social- pedagogic problem becomes the object of research. Monitoring as system of the organization, collecting, processing, storage and distribution of information on quality of process of psychological and pedagogic escort of orphans and children, left without parental support is considered. This system allows to provide tracking the content of the changes happening with the child in the course of maintenance and to predict its development. Monitoring can be also considered as system of accumulation of innovative experience and qualimetrical technology and technology of social management. The basic organizational and pedagogic principles and the main stages of social-pedagogic monitoring are studied. Indicators, indices and levels of formation of skills of independence of orphans and children, left without parental support are presented. The innovative technology of monitoring of formation of skills of independent life of pupils and graduates of the organizations for orphans and children, left without parental support - a portfolio is considered. The main objective of the portfolio - to present significant results, to provide tracking of individual progress of achievements of the child in a wide context, to show his / her ability in application of the acquired knowledge and abilities, to record positive experience of socialization. It is established that within social-pedagogic monitoring identification and estimation of the carried-out social-pedagogic activity is carried out. The embodiment of main objectives of social-pedagogic monitoring finds the expression in the social and educational and functional results making the content of monitoring.
