Analysis of effective leadership practices in modern companies

Annotation

The the effective leadership initiatives at the level of the organizational environment are analyzed. Modern organizations operating in turbulent conditions of the economy are explored. An effective organization is understood first and foremost effective leadership. Therefore, the aim of the study was to find effective leadership practices that contribute to achieving the objectives of the organization and development of organizational culture. Achieving this goal helped the methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison and observation. On the basis of the criterion analysis were isolated model of managerial leadership in the degree of efficiency: poor leadership, “in spite of circumstances”, “gone astray”, effective managerial leader. The author concludes that an effective managerial leader of a modern organization is constantly selecting the base point of the growth of the organization, which is expressed in the choice of a particular model of development of possible alternatives.
