Principles of tolerance and democratization as an essential component of functioning and development of national systems of education and training

Annotation

The bases of modernization of education in the Commonwealth of Independent States, the nature and purpose of the Principles of democratization and tolerance in education, including continuing professional education are considered. The creation of a common educational space between the CIS countries is impossible without distance learning, without a coherent set of principles for the organization of the educational process. One of the most important principles is the principles of tolerance and democratization, based on the value of the external and internal environment of subjects of educational activities (including models of communication, relationships, and ways of interaction). In contemporary terms of education and pedagogy of humanism and democracy are seen as indivisible aspects of the study of these categories. Reflection of this process is to establish the concept of holistic humanistic democratic tradition in pedagogy. The principles of tolerance and democratization as an essential component of the functioning and development of national systems of education and training are fundamental tools mentality formation of a new generation of young people to realize that education is a recognition factor and the spread of democracy in the modern world. The characteristics of participants in the educational partnership with the position of the principles of democracy and tolerance in education are also discussed. The relationship of democratization, democratic culture and legal culture is shown.
