Using of game in legal culture formation of older adolescents of risk group in terms of supplementary education

Annotation

Problems of formation of legal culture in adolescents of risk group are considered. Different approaches to understanding the legal culture and mechanisms of its formation are presented. Under the influence of socio-phenomenological approach the legal culture is defined as the unity of knowledge, ideas, values, providing mutual interpreting and understanding of all legal entities, and the possibility of legal behavior. The role of socio-legal setting, understood as non-reflexive readiness for a particular type of interpretation of the behavior of subjects of juridical relations and certain behavior as the core of the legal culture is shown. The structure of the legal culture as a pedagogical phenomenon and its relation to the socio-legal setting is disclosed. The pedagogical model based on the use of game forms and which produces legal culture even in the negative socio-legal setting is offered. A brief characterization of the used game forms is given. The features of the stages of the experimental work, principles of pedagogical models for the formation of legal culture are disclosed. The proofs of efficiency of formation of legal culture of older adolescents of risk group by means of game forms are given.
