Forms of training teachers

Annotation

The research of teacher’s professional training is made and the efficiency of group ways of teachers’ training is proved. As the result the next forms of teaching such as seminar, method of specific situations; business game; workshop; round-table talk are approved. It is stated that their use in the professional activity of teachers increase the quality of education. The main forms of teachers’ training are considered in detail. The organizing and pedagogic conditions which secure successful teacher’s training in teaching practice are considered. The next criteria of success of teachers’ training are offered such as professionalism increase, teacher transition to a new level, improving educational activities, improving teacher knowledge and skills, as well as impact-level buildup of its claims satisfaction. It is concluded that the considered forms of teacher training can be used in the professional activities of educational organizations.
