Educational technologies of formation of multicultural competence of specialist of region studies

Annotation

The analysis of innovative educational techniques of active learning stated in the Learning Standards of the Russian Federation as obligatory for the educational process in order to realize the competence based approach is studied. These techniques are considered from the point of view of their relevance for the formation of the multicultural competence of a region specialist. The reasons for the importance of the implementation of technological approach to education as a didactic basis of pedagogical planning in the competence based format are given. On the basis of the research of educational techniques of active learning which are used in educational games, the degree of the efficiency of particular educational techniques (analysis of specific situations, business game) in the formation of the structural components of the multicultural competence of a region specialist is defined. It is proved that the success of pedagogical planning directly depends on the level of the development of the socio-professional competency of a university teacher, his readiness to understand and accept new roles, functions and active learning techniques for the realization of the basic competence based educational programs of higher professional education.
