DIAGNOSTICS OF INNOVATIVE POTENTIAL OF THE TEACHER IN SYSTEM OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Annotation

In article the authors revealed concepts of continuous education and innovative potential of the teacher, disclosed one of stages of diagnostics of innovative readiness of the teacher, described the analysis of questioning of the students of professional development passing training within educational programs for an innovative orientation taking into account requirements of FGOS, revealed three primary groups of investigated that allows to add hypothetical assumptions of structure and substantial filling of levels of readiness, to predict a range of the necessary personal and professional qualities of the teacher necessary for realization of innovative activity.
