PSYCHODIAGNOSTIC EXPERT SYSTEM FOR RECRUITMENT AT INDUSTRIAL COMPANY. ASSESSMENT OF TEMPERAMENT

Annotation

In the article authors made a comparison of the methods of preliminary psychological diagnosis of the job seeker, formulated recommendations on the structure of the expert selection system for the candidate for a suitable position, proposed the effect of temperament to be evaluated as a result of the A. N. Belov’s test, formulated criteria and their threshold values for A.N. Belov's test and used the obtained values for a factor analysis of the personality. There is an example of calculations that demonstrates a sufficient degree of formalization of knowledge for the implementation of algorithms in the form of computer programs.
