PEDAGOGICAL AND PHYSIOLOGICAL BASES OF FIRST-YEAR CADETS' ADAPTATION TO PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES

Annotation

In article authors considered aspects of impact of physical exercises on an organism of first-year cadets, opened mechanisms of influence of a sports training on various bodies and the systems of human organs: cardiovascular, respiratory and nervous, considered mechanisms of influence of active motive load of adaptation opportunities of the marked systems of an organism of cadets, proved what physical activity, dosed influencing protective mechanisms, trains and develops them, improving thereby organism reserves and proved that sports trainings increase ability of an organism of the first-year cadets to resist to adverse effects: to the overcooling, a disease or a psychological overstrain connected with change of living conditions, habitual for it.
