Influence of the Research Supervisor on Formation of Professional Orientation of Post-graduate Students

Annotation

In article the author considered a role of the research supervisor in formation of future orientation of professional activity of the graduate of a postgraduate study, proved need of pedagogical components in training of post-graduate students according to FSES HE, considered the categories of research supervisors which are available for them a ratio of scientific and pedagogical activity, correlation between valuable orientations of research supervisors and preferences of graduate students in the choice of the directions of professional activity and submitted the data of an empirical research having relations to competence of research supervisors.
