Organization of Assessment of Quality of Rendering Social Services to the Population

Annotation

In article the author disclosed the essence of assessment of quality of rendering social services, presented definitions quality, effectiveness, efficiency of social service, considered components of quality management of activity of social service, showed that quality control of activity of establishment of social service and concrete social services is the major administrative mechanism, also disclosed the principles which are the cornerstone of development and functioning of the quality system of establishment and considered the orientation and functional security of the control system.
