Psychology and Pedagogical Foundations of the Organization of Educational Activity of Adults in the System of Additional Professional Education

Annotation

In article the author considered standard requirements to additional professional education and programs of professional development, analyzed the maintenance of competence-based model of graduates of additional professional programs, revealed features of adult listeners of professional development, considered the educational professional focused situation of joint activity as unit of the organization of joint educational activity of adult listeners of APP and developed complexes of these situations on the basis of invariant structure of competence of the graduate.
