Pedagogical factors of director's plan formation in educational and staged works of students of theatre specializations

Annotation

We considered some problems arising among students of theatre specializations in the process of directing and production work on self-contained dramatic passages, course and diploma performances. We gave the section of the described problems in the context of students mastering the methodological foundations of the directing profession, related to the formation of the creative design of the dramatic performance as the leading circumstance, leading the stage work to harmonic dimension, artistic integrity. The raised issues are of particular importance in modern theatre education. We analyzed the essence, logic of the position and interdependence of the most important professional concepts, such as “director's plan” and “artistic integrity of the performance”. We considered these key concepts in comparison of relations of significant domestic authors in the field of theatre pedagogy and directorspractitioners. On the basis of the comparative analysis carried out and taking into account the considered problems of the modern theatre and educational process, we paid attention to the need to implement a number of pedagogical factors that will positively influence the personal and creative process of formation and stage implementation of the director's plan in the educational and production works of students of theatre specializations
