Syllabus of educational discipline as a tool for involving students in research activities


We describe a meaningful component of the syllabus document as a mean of organizing professional training and independent work of Kazakh students in the framework of research work that contributes to the development and improvement of research and linguistic competence. We paid attention to the independent work of students with a teacher, which is aimed at promoting the student in research search, the formation of professional scientific and other skills, the development of the student's ability to actively scientific knowledge and obtain professional scientific knowledge, the ability to conduct independent research in the field of the subject under study. On the material of the syllabus of the curriculum of the discipline “Word Formation of the Modern Russian Language” of the specialty “Russian Language and Literature”, we presented linguistic examples that promote the involvement of students in research work in the study of the word education sphere of the Russian language. We established that students in the framework of research projects can turn to solve controversial issues in the qualification of morphemes and individual word forms, consider traditional morpheme analysis taking into account other options. We proved that the design activities of students within the framework of the studied discipline could initiate an external customer, among which the university partners are secondary schools.
