Methodological support in implementation of program for universal competencies formation among college students in leisure activities


Abstract. We consider the possibilities of leisure activities in universal competencies formation of future teachers. Presented detailed methodological support for the implementation of the author's program “Crossroad” for students in the pedagogical college is relevant due to the need for effective formation of universal competencies among students in the competently organized professionally-oriented leisure. The idea of the “Crossroad” program is to integrate several directions (“Spiritual Spring”, “Life in Art”, “I give my heart to children”, “Laboratory of Interactive Technologies”) that contribute to the innovative and creative development of the individual. Each of these directions is disclosed in detail and methodically developed, the specifics of the forms, methods and means of education and upbringing used in this process are revealed. Emphasized activity of the interactive technologies laboratory provides high-quality training in the most popular and promising areas of the socio-pedagogical sphere of the region due to the new content of education and new learning technologies. It is necessary to use a portfolio as the most pragmatic and personalized form for the correct assessment of individual achievements and universal competencies of a college student.
