FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL QUALITIES OF FUTURE SOCIAL WORKER FROM THE POSITION OF COMPETENCE-BASED APPROACH

Annotation

Specifics of activity of future social worker staticize the importance not only of knowledge which have to be universal, but also more professional and personal qualities which formation happens by assimilation of cultural, moral wealth of society and a profession. Professional and personal qualities of future social worker are especially significant component of professionalism and promote formation of complete professional thinking of the practical worker of the social sphere. Formation of professional and personal qualities reveals from a position of competence-based approach. Authors considered competence in the broadest sense as result of socialization, means result of development of the identity of future social worker, including through formation of basic components of its mental experience. To definition of competence there has to correspond the system of an assessment of educational achievements of graduates of educational institutions which directed not so much on clarification of in what measure is mastered formal-knowledge component of an obligatory minimum of the content of education, as on detection of their ability to use the mastered content of education for the solution of practical research, valuable and orientation and communicative, technological tasks and problems. Formation of knowledge - function of process of training and, therefore, selection of the content of knowledge in higher education institution can provide mainly knowledge of communicative professional activity and knowledge of communicative professional behavior. Sufficient external and internal conditions are necessary for transformation of knowledge of professional behavior into motive of professional behavior. Axiological basics of communicative activity allow to cover process of formation of professional and personal qualities of future social worker as value significant for the personality and professional activity component.
