ALGORITHM OF SYSTEM OF PREPARATION OF PROFESSIONAL STAFF IN THE FIELD OF DESIGN

Annotation

In article the author considered the problem of training of the professional expert - the designer; revealed shortcomings of modern education, they consist in excessive academism of professional education in the absence of necessary practical preparation which is from 10 to 20% of school hours. An imbalance between the demanded number of graduates with the higher education and market demand of work that caused need of the additional vocational training and retraining of personnel in the field of design focused on experts with primary and secondary education. The author defined requirements to graduates from employers at the present stage of development of society. For the solution of these problems the Government of the Russian Federation determined priorities by innovative development of economy and creation of system of continuous professional education that promotes providing labor market with shots of the necessary qualifications. Current trends of social and economic development of the world community and Russia testify to special attention to a development of the region of design activity. The author considered the two-level system of the higher education (the bachelor and the master), the accounting of the knowledge acquired by students in credit units by means of which no time of training, but assimilation of knowledge and abilities, modular training programs is measured that the Bologna declaration provides. However transition to provisions of the Bologna convention in itself doesn't solve a problem of quality of training of specialists. First of all, the author considered traditions of the European higher school which allocates some university models. The article presents four models which had significant impact on formation of educational space of Europe i. e. a model of Humboldt, Napoleon's model, Anglo-Saxon and Soviet (Russian) model. Except them, there are also other models: the model of the USA focused on the market, the Scandinavian model (realized in Finland and Sweden), etc. The article revealed characteristic features of each model and its importance in the educational sphere of training of the expert. For ensuring effective interaction of the institutional structures interested in high-quality preparation of the human resources in the field of design answering to inquiries of employers, requirements of labor market, economies in general it is necessary to improve process of preparation of professional education in the field of design.
