PROTECTION OF SOCIAL HEALTH OF THE NATION AS A BASIC COMPONENT A STABLE LIFE CITIZENS BY NATIONAL COMBATANTS IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Annotation

Modern human life is multifaceted. Man during his life realizes itself in different areas, improving, reaching new heights, daily work at self-improvement. This activity is possible only if there are relevant external conditions of existence. The main of them is the peace. The peace is in your home, your town, your country. This favorable environment around us allows us to think about the future, making plans for life. The modern reality shows that modern war does not begin with the invasion of the aggressor, as it was during World War II. The war started unnoticed for the inhabitant, slowly twirling him and adjusting to the protest actions that turn into massive civilian slaughter, putting entire nations on the brink of existence. examples do not need to look long, it is enough to look back - Ukraine, Syria and other countries, which have passed the echo colored «democratic» revolution, the beginning of which was laid with informational influence from outside on the population of the country, urging their to disobedience, promises of a better «democratic» life. Of course, this work is within the jurisdiction of law enforcement agencies, but it should be noted that where a population do not becomes the object of «information contamination» but becomes a source of opposition to information waves, there risk of falling into the abyss of fratricidal civil wars is insignificant. Public organizations, as a community of the most socially active citizens, can become part and basis for the social security of the country. National combatants in this case cannot stay out of fighting.
