METHODICAL APPROACHES TO RESEARCH OF PROBLEMS OF EMPLOYMENT OF MODERN YOUTH WITHIN COMPETENCE-BASED APPROACH

Annotation

In article the author considered methodical approaches to research of behavior of modern youth at employment and offered classification of methods of studying of behavior of young specialists at the labor market. The youth is most vulnerable in questions of employment and meets the difficulties leading to reorientation of the social importance of a profession. For monitoring of youth labor market it is necessary use the following methods: the methods based on personal contact; the methods based on information technologies, sociological researches; test works and active forms of education in higher education institutions, psychological tests. The particular emphasis is on application of sociological methods of research as one of forms of self-checking of students within competence-based approach. The author developed recommendations about studying of youth labor market on the basis of application of sociological methods of research within competence-based approach for a self-assessment of young specialists. Application of sociological methods of research promotes understanding and the analysis of the factors influencing motivation of work of modern students and applicants at the labor market and also the author offered to use at students for the purpose of ability monitoring to independently estimate the competences and their corrections taking into account supply and demand at the labor market. On the basis of sociological polls the author established the discrepancy of behavior of students at the modern labor market shown, on the one hand, in desire to work for the purpose of receiving experience and the material income, and with another - in neglect both to work on the chosen specialty, and to work in general. The received results of research confirm need of introduction of a technique of a self-assessment by students of the received competences.
