SPECIFICS OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE REGIONAL MARKET OF FOOD PRODUCTION (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE TAMBOV REGION)
The purpose of this article is the analysis of specifics of development of the regional market of food production, and also problems of production of agricultural production as raw materials for production of final foodstuff and its consumption at the regional and municipal economic level in the Russian Federation. Method or methodology of carrying out the work. The methodological basis of research is the integrated approach to development of theoretical and practical recommendations about improvement of tools of management and development of system of food production at the regional and municipal level. The technique of carrying out research in work provided: personal and telephone surveys of experts of the food market; personal monitoring of the retail market carried out by the researcher; the analysis of the information materials provided by producers of agricultural production, retail operators of the market of food products; the analysis of statistical information, including Rosstat, Tambovstat, the unions and branch associations of producers of food products. Methods of descriptive statistics have allowed to create quantitative data on the declared problems and to present them in tables, charts. As conclusions, the author offers, structural and functional improvement in regional government of organizational and economic character which will allow in due time and is adaptive to carry out modernization of the regional market of foodstuff. Scope of results. Regional and municipal authorities can use the carried-out analysis and conclusions during drawing up programs of regional development and improvement of functioning of organizational structures in system of regional and municipal production management and realization of food products. Separate provisions of article and some conclusions are applicable when forming articles and laws of the regional legislative sphere.
