INTEGRATION OF RUSSIAN SYSTEM OF EDUCATION INTO WORLD CULTURAL-EDUCATIONAL SPACE
In the article from the position of synergetic approach the problems of integration of Russian system of education into world cultural-educational space are reviewed, that is caused by modernization of native education, change into two-level system of education (bachelor - magistracy), further development of the society of knowledge, transformation of demands to the education and the change of cultural-educational environment of a human. In the proposed synergetic model the core and cultural (safety belt) is marked, the role of education in formation and development of the space, its core and circumference is analyzed, the functions of each component of cultural-educational space are defined. Cultural-educational space is reviewed as a dynamic, self-organizing, dissipative, undergoing bifurcation system. Integration of education into this space has its own chronotope, forms and methods of integration may be the same or different in different periods. The principles of cooperation (integrity, controllability, dynamic and etc.) are formulated, prospective forms of integration are defined (centralization, coordination, specialization and etc.). The choice of the form of cooperation is connected with the variety of integration methods and depends on many factors, i. e. on educational needs of people and the society in general.
