THE INFLUENCE OF PRACTICAL-ORIENTED EDUCATIONAL SPHERE ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF THE STUDENT

Annotation

The urgency of the problem of student’s professional competence development is founded because professional expertise is still regularly declared, but not always achieved. The analysis of historical and scientific knowledge about the interaction of environment and humans is presented, the importance of the influence of the social environment on the development and education of personality and also practical human activity in the purchase of socially-meaningful experience are emphasized. In this regard, the evidence base about the necessity of establishing at the university a practice-oriented educational environment as determinant development of students’ professional competence is given. The essential characteristic of practice-oriented educational environment is revealed and its definition is given as a self-propelled specially organized educational space with acmeological essence, distinctive features of the traditional educational environment of practice-oriented are also highlighted. It is noted that not all of the educational environment contribute to the effective development of the future specialist required qualities, because as a result of discrepancies the readiness of a trainee to the requirements of the environment, may be the effect of the “blockade” of interaction in the system “environment - subject”. The results of empirical studies proving the positive influence of the practice-oriented educational environment on development of professional competence and professionally important personal qualities of the future specialist (by the example of the economist) in the “university - business” are presented. The essential characteristic of psychological-acmeologic mechanisms for the development of professional competence in the practice-oriented educational environment is given.
