TEACHER’S OCCUPATIONAL STANDARDS: SOCIOLOGICAL STUDY OF A NEW OCCUPATIONAL STANDARD ESTIMATION BY WORKERS OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Annotation

The results of sociological research “Teacher’s occupational standards” are stated. The presented research is aimed at revealing relation to occupational standards from the educational institutions workers according to the emphasized groups: teacher and young teacher. It is revealed that the main reason of young teachers’ school leaving is underpayment. So there exist a difficult situation considering young personnel staying at school. During the research the most important components of young teacher’s professional potential were analyzed. These are pedagogic potential; research potential; innovative-technical potential; cultural potential; creative potential; psychological potential. In general it is revealed that the state of social-cultural potential of young teachers is defined by development of informational-educational sphere. It is revealed that including ICT in educational process made the modern labor more sophisticated. The situation is worsened because of young teachers’ underpayment, the young teachers often leave their work despite love of teaching.
