PROBLEM FIELD OF EVENTS OF GENERAL SECONDARY EDUCATION QUALITY’S EVALUATION

Annotation

The problem of modern education quality evaluation as one of priority tasks of Russian system of education is revealed. The events on quality of education evaluation of different level are considered. The experience of competent international researches PISA, TIMSS and PIRLS - in the sphere of general secondary education’s quality evaluation is given. The short characteristics of evaluating procedures, carried out at federal level are presented. The attention is paid to the carried out in Tambov region monitoring researches of primary and basic levels of education according to the methods of G.S. Kovaleva with the use of cluster approach at description of the results. The special attention is paid National Researches of Education’s Quality (NREQ) which was carried out in Russia from 2014 and within the framework of which the carrying out of regularly researches of education’s quality at all levels is planned. The most important parameters, defining the quality of educational services, provided by educational organization are described. The important factors, influencing the evaluation of quality of general secondary education in regional researches and also the necessity of the carried out procedures on educational services evaluation not only for taking managing decisions but for informing the consumers are marked.
