BUSINESS CULTURE AND EFFECTIVENESS OF MANAGEMENT

Annotation

Any organization faces the necessity to form its own image, to define its own goals and values, strategies, properties of products and services, civilized rules of conduct and moral principles of the employees, maintain its high reputation in the business world. It is called business culture and it is an objective, without which it is impossible to achieve efficient operation. The business culture as the basis of the beliefs and values of the organization is considered. Business culture is associated with a broad conceptual base, including people’s beliefs, their relationships to each other and with the external environment. In organization characterized by a favorable moral-psychological climate, employees can assume that its leaders do trust people, and the success of the organization is in their treatment of employees. Such values as discipline, power, career, hierarchy, obedience are in the past. They are replaced by other values, such as self-determination, participation, team focus on the needs of customers, disclosure of personality, professionalism, creativity, and decentralization.
