Annotation

The review of the book “Reputation Management in the Internet” by N. Prokhorov and D. Sidorin, which is the first edition in Russia dedicated to the problems of integrated reputation management in the Internet, in particular, in social networks, is presented. The authors characterize the main areas of reputation management in the Internet, which include: monitoring, operation with positive information, operation with negative information and SERM (searching engines reputation management) are characterized. The book is aimed at wide audience: Internet users, business representatives and administrative structures.
