Model of ethno-cultural socialization of teenagers in process of regional folklore dance study
The author's model of ethnic-cultural community in a society of the teenagers is submitted during development of regional folklore dance consisting from the interconnected blocks such as target, organizational-substantial, criterion-productive. The structural model ethnic-cultural community in a society of the teenagers during development of regional folklore dance represents the consistently interconnected components allowing stage by stage to present given pedagogical process. The first block – target – includes the social order, purpose and tasks of realization of pedagogical activity. The social order consists in necessity of formation ethnic-cultural community in a society of growing up generation. The basic purpose consists of ethnic-cultural community in a society of the teenagers during development of regional folklore dance. The second block – organizational-substantial – contains principles, function, technologies, methods, means, forms. The criteriosions-productive block includes criteria, parameters and levels generated of quality. Three levels ethnic-cultural community in a society of the teenagers are submitted: low, average and high, which are characterized by the certain quantitative and qualitative parameters. In this case levels are considered as a step of transition from lower to higher, more complex, that characterizes formation, development of pedagogical process. The result of pedagogical job is ethnic-cultural community in a society of the teenagers: mastering of samples of behaviour, psychological mechanisms, social norms and values necessary for successful functioning in a concrete society, making a basis for further use and interpretation of the received knowledge in self-realization of the man during all life in polycultural world community. The pedagogical activity on ethnic-cultural community in a society of the teenagers will be successful only at performance of a number of the organizational-pedagogical conditions, developed by the author. The model allows systematically organizing pedagogical process on ethnic-cultural community in a society of the teenagers during development of regional folklore dance.
