STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICS OF INFORMATION NETWORK ON THE BASIS OF THE SPECTRAL ANALYSIS OF TOPOLOGY

Annotation

The work shows the possibility of the spectral analysis application of counts when calculating the information networks (IN), including mobile, on the basis of identification of communication of their main structural characteristics and own values of matrix of contiguity. In relation to tensor methodology of the analysis of IN values of a range of the count allow to define a set of chains of the closed type that in turn facilitates a problem of systems of coordinates definition of conditions of stationary IN information space.
