Performance indicators for disability ophthalmopathology in the region

Annotation

Goal: to conduct a comparative analysis of disability ophthalmopathology in dynamics for 2013–2015 years in the territory of the Tyumen region. Material and methods: a retrospective comparative analysis was reporting performance “Chief bureau of medical and social examination of the Tyumen region” Ministry of Labour of Russia 2012–2015. Results and discussion: positive dynamics is observed in the intensive indicators of primary disability in the pathology of the organ of vision (in 2015 equal to 1.7 on the 10th of the adult population). Re-examination of the adult population in the dynamics of results showed the prevalence of people of working age 45.3 % – 47.4 % – 45.6 %, respectively, and the deterioration of full and partial rehabilitation. Conclusion: in the structure of primary disability still glaucoma occupies a leading position. We need to continue to work with practical public health for the development and implementation of individual medical rehabilitation of the visually impaired program.
